  • Free calls from customers for the country area on emergency tel. 080080800
  • Entrapment rescue service up to 1 hour
  • Reaction for emergency repairs up to 4 hours ( including Saturday and Sunday)

KONE Care™ Plus is the ideal solution when your priorities are a clear overview of equipment status and predictability, or if you are responsible for equipment in multiple locations.

  • Includes preventive maintenance, for keeping the elevator in good condition in accordance with the Safe Operation and Technical Inspection of the Elevator
  • Modular based maintenance
  • Contacts with professional external KONE " Call Center" - 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year - for the period of the contract
  • Free calls from customers for the country area on emergency tel. 080080800
  • Entrapment rescue service up to 1 hour
  • Reaction for emergency repairs up to 4 hours ( including Saturday and Sunday)
  • Free supply and installation of fast worn - out spare parts ( as per attached list)
